Cursor jumps around

​Have you noticed that the cursor sometimes jumps around in a multipage document?  If you scroll by mouse, using the scroll wheel on your mouse or the scrollbar on the screen, the insertion point stays where it was. If the microphone is on (or asleep) and Dragon hears any sound, Word will take you back to where the insertion point is, thinking that you want to insert text.
 
The workaround is to either:

1. Turn the microphone completely off (or mute if there is a mute botton on your mic) if scrolling with the mouse; or
2. Navigate the document by either keyboard or voice. This way the insertion point will come with you as you navigate the document. Useful voice commands are "Move to page 3", "Move Down/up 20" (lines) "go to top/bottom" (of the document).  Say "press Home key", and "Press end key" (to move to beginning/end of line). Say "Press control F" to bring up the find dialogue, dictate a word or phrase, then say “press enter”, to jump to/find a particular word or phrase in the document.
