"I use Dragon to manage a computer-related occupational overuse injury. Learning to use Dragon has not been easy for me, because I have the additional challenge of speaking English with a foreign accent. Sue is an expert Dragon user, and is a very friendly and patient trainer. I would not be able to use Dragon as well as I can, without her assistance. Sue has helped me learn to customise Dragon so that it understands my accent better. I have learnt so much from Sue, and Dragon helps me to keep working and use a PC with less pain."

"I have recently started using Dragon Voice Recognition and was lucky enough to contact a great trainer in Sue. Initially, I tried on my own to get what I needed to use Dragon in a self-employed capacity in Queensland, without giving the time to learn Dragon with some purpose. It was a hit and miss approach with no other colleagues to problem solve with. Having some training with Sue early on via remote user technology, soon had me more focused on how Dragon could improve my efficiency and productivity in my business. I was really pleased to have a found an actual person/trainer resource with Sue rather than the general fact sheets and other links offered by other companies.
