The rate for technical support is:
  • $160 per hour for face-to-face support, plus $60 per hour for travel from Belconnen ACT
  • Remote support is also available by telephone, email or via TeamViewer remote-in software.

Complimentary technical support is available from Nuance for 180 days after purchase, regardless of where you purchased your Dragon software. To access Nuance technical support, click here to create an account and register your software, or log in if you already have an account.  After logging in to your Nuance account and registering your software, click 'Ask a question'.  You should receive a response within 48 hours.
