Move to a cell
- "Cell B4" or "Cell Bravo 4" etc
Select a range of cells
- "Select cell A1 to cell B4"
- *"Select <direction> <number" eg "Select right 3", "Select down 5", "Select left 10", "Select up 8"
Input a list of numbers
- "<Number> <direction>", eg "54 down", "25 right", "55 point 24 right", "one thousand two hundred and three down"
Copy and paste
- "<Copy / cut / paste> that"
- "Paste format"*
- "Paste special"*
- *"Copy to the right", "Copy down" (copy formulae or data, need to select range first; CTRL+R, CTRL+D)
Edit the contents of a cell
If the mic is on, the cell will turn blue to indicate edit mode
If the mic is on, the cell will turn blue to indicate edit mode
- "Press F2" (will toggle edit mode)
- Alternatively say "Edit cell", make changes then say "Apply"
Formatting
- *"Format cells" or "Press control 1" (bring up the Format cells dialog)

Navigating between worksheets
- Say the name of the worksheet to move to that sheet; or
- "<Next/previous> sheet" (Keyboard shortcuts are CTRL+<PgDn/PgUp>)
Sum
- "Sum this column/row"
- *"Click Sum" draw the range by hand, then say "Press Enter"
